My Story
After captaining the Leicestershire boys I headed to St Andrews University to study Economics and Management. Completing PGA training at Kirby Muxloe I took my first Club Professional role at Melton Mowbray. The twelve year position included coaching the Leicestershire U16 boys squad. Moving to Greetham Valley in 2004, I coach Oakham school and the Lincolnshire Girls Futures. Selected to coach at 'The Open' has been a fantastic experience working alongside fellow PGA pros in the Swingzone at Hoylake, Troon and this year I am excited to visit Portrush.
Highlights
With many memorable golfing experiences the highlights include playing in final qualifying for The Open in 2005 at Scotscraig, two Club Professional Championship finals, but the hole in one at Kingsbarns with the family was really special. My previous hole in one was twenty five years prior as a student, just up the coast on the New Course in St Andrews!
